Carrie is on the cover of Allure magazine for September! There has been some controversy on the whole Tony Romo drama, but I think Brittany from carrie-underwood.org cleared that up pretty well. This was what she posted:

"Okay so, I have probably gotten like 50 million emails concerning this whole drama involving Carrie and Jessica. First of all, all Carrie said in the magazine was that Tony still called her and that she doesn’t always answer. So what? That could mean one of a thousand different things and that isn’t even a bash. Not to mention, this interview was done back in May. A lot can change in a few months… so it’s not like Carrie means that Tony is currently still calling her. I don’t care what close friend-son of Tony’s best friend’s father’s girlfriend’s uncle is telling TMZ about Tony saying this is false(probably bs anyway). Carrie is not a liar and all she said was a simple statement about Tony calling her. That doesn’t mean she said Tony was calling her to get back together. Incase everyone forgot, THEY WERE very good friends and hung out a lot. People call each other as friends too. She never said anything further or inapproriate. I know all you fans agree because I have seen your anger in emails concerning what Jessica Simpson said about Carrie on the radio. All I have to say about that is - before you call someone out saying they are disrespectful, think about what you are broadcasting about a fellow COUNTRY star on a COUNTRY radio station. I wouldn’t call that being very respectful."

Our first single “Carrie Underwood” is an original song that I wrote because my friends tease me that I’m in love with Carrie Underwood, but I’m not a stalker I swear. I'm sorry i didn't add any pictures from the awards but i can't add anything to the Photos page and now the Temporary Photos page is having technical difficulties! <sigh> but as soon as i can i'll add them.

But good news is that Carrie was awarded the Most Played Country Artist by Rhapsody for her album Some Hearts! Hard to believe that she stills gets suprised at how famous she is! "What an unexpected honor! Thanks to my fans for wanting to hear more music!"
